Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sycrion Reveal is an information service that monitors publicly available sources (such as GitHub, paste sites, the Wayback archive, public forums and publicly accessible leak sites) for indicators of data exposure relating to a domain or organization specified by the user.

The Service is not a security audit, penetration test, legal opinion or professional cybersecurity advice. It does not replace the judgement of a qualified specialist. Decisions on how to act on findings remain solely with the user.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization.
• You must register only domains and assets that you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor on behalf of the owner.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

3. Free Scan and Paid Subscriptions

• The free scan is provided for evaluation purposes. Sycrion may rate-limit, throttle or refuse free scans without notice.
• Paid subscriptions ("Watch", "Pro") are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable; monthly subscriptions can be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and feature scope may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit domains you do not own or are not authorized to monitor.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or circumvent the Service or its protections.
• Use the Service to facilitate unlawful access to third-party systems.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, reports, documentation and trademarks, remain the property of Sycrion. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

Findings and evidence produced by the Service for your subscribed domains may be used freely within your organization for internal security and compliance purposes.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sycrion disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Sycrion is not liable for: (i) failure to detect a particular leak or exposure; (ii) third-party actions enabled by leaked data; (iii) consequential, incidental, indirect or punitive damages; or (iv) damages arising from your failure to act on findings provided.

Sycrion's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sycrion harmless from claims arising from (i) your submission of domains you were not authorized to monitor, (ii) your misuse of findings, or (iii) your breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription as described in section 3. Sycrion may suspend or terminate the Service immediately for material breach of these Terms, illegal use, or non-payment. Upon termination, your data is handled per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — e.g. Poland]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city].

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
